There isn’t one checklist every actor needs to complete.
ASK 1:1 starts with where you are now, what you’re currently putting out into the industry and what you’re trying to achieve.
Whether you’re at the beginning of your career, several years into it, returning after time away or simply at a point where you need an outside industry perspective, the conversation starts with you.

Every actor arrives with different experience, evidence, circumstances and goals.
There isn’t a set format for every session.
It depends on what you arrive with; each session is tailored to the individual client.
Ahead of your ASK Session
The more I know before your session, the more time we can spend on practical, tailored support rather than covering background.
Include in your email:
- What’s Working Well: what you feel is already going well
- Even Better If: what you would most like to improve, change or understand
- Spotlight / professional profile
- Current headshots, showreel and relevant materials
- Representation details: if applicable
- Recent casting, audition or career context that feels relevant
- Anything else you think I should know about you and how you work best
Everything shared with ASK, both before and during your session, is confidential.
The aim is not only to understand the actor or creative on paper, but the person behind the work, so the advice and strategy can be shaped around what genuinely suits you and your circumstances.
