GAP is a free talent development programme for trans and non-binary actors, founded by casting directors Lucy Allen and Tom Payne of Allen & Payne Casting.
The programme focuses on industry access, professional development and practical career support, and was recognised with the Global Impact Award at the 2026 Artios Awards.
For GAP 2026, Shauna (ASK) is supporting the programme as Programme & Talent Development Consultant, working across actor development, access, industry positioning and practical career strategy.
